If we don’t ship the SmartWire Select item the same day, you don’t pay. We offer these guarantees through our SmartWire Select Program.

State-of-the-Art Bar Coding
Windy City Wire is committed to having the most accurate shipments in the wire and cable industry. That’s why we have invested in a state-of-the-art bar code inventory management system. This technology is tied directly into our operating system, giving our sales representatives and customers (through the use of our eCommerce portal) real-time access to our inventory. This system has also been programmed and designed to all but eliminate the chance of shipping errors.
Windy City Wire’s shipping philosophy is comprised of two elements. The first is to protect the integrity of your order through preparation, transit and delivery, and the second is to get those products to you in less than three business days (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
To ensure order and shipment accuracy, Windy City Wire will send an order confirmation via fax, e-mail or both upon completion of order entry. We suggest that you review and compare this document to your purchase order so you can confirm that there are no communication or data entry errors on your order.
